Navigating and Using Curriculum Area Tracker

Created by Ben Britt, Modified on Wed, 15 Jan at 2:52 PM by Liam Morgan

1. Navigate to Student > Baseline Manager.

2. Select Reports.

3. Click Curriculum Area Tracker.

4. Click the Choose Student / Area button.

5. Use the filters to find the Student.

The Tag(s) filter lets you narrow down targets to specific categories instead of viewing all baseline targets. It helps focus on relevant items by filtering based on tags.

Select the Baseline you would like to view.

Click Select Student when finished.

6. This page allows you to track a student’s progress in key curriculum areas over time by looking at a Baseline Assessment and any Reassessments that have been completed.

The color-coding and percentages are used to easily identify areas that are improving and areas that may require further support.

Refer to the Comments section for additional context or observations recorded by staff.

7. To add/edit a Score, click a tab on the table.

8. Select a new Score from the Dropdown.

Click Set Score when finished.
