How to Create a Reassessment

This guide will go through creating a reassessment, and can work as a continuation of our other guide, Creating a Baseline Assessment Using the Baseline Manager.

1. The easiest way to create a reassessment, is to copy across the initial baseline assessment. To do this, go to Student > Baseline Manager, and find the relevant student using the filters at the top of the list. Once you have found the student you want to create a reassessment for, Click the next to their name, and then click the Baseline assessment text

2. This will display the details of the baseline assessment. Next, click the Copy Baseline as Reassessment icon near the top right of the screen, as shown in the screenshot below.

3. From here, using the dropdown boxes, give the reassessment a title, a start and end date, and choose which scores and items you would to copy over from the baseline assessment.

This process will pull through the same member of staff assigned to the baseline assessment, but this can be changed through the dropdown menu at the bottom.

Once this information is filled in, press Save.

4. You will now get a prompt to say that the baseline has been copied successfully and will show against the student in the left hand list. To see this, do the same as step 1, Student > Baseline Manager, and click the + next to the student name. You can now however click the + next to the baseline assessment to view all related reassessments.

5. The reassessment is now ready to be completed by the assigned staff, starting from the dashboard widget Staff - My Data. A guide on completing assessments is available here:
