The Curriculum Area tracker allows you to see all Baseline Assessments attached to a Learner, including any Re-Assessments, based on a particular Curriculum Area, and if you use Baseline Assessments this will be a useful tool to show a Learner's Progression.
To access the Curriculum Area tracker, click on Reports when on the Baseline Manager screen, and from the dropdown select Curriculum Area Tracker.
You will first have to select the learner you want to view, as well as which Curriculum Area. Click on the blue Options button and then Change Learner/Area. This will bring up a window where you can then select the learner you wish to view, and use the fields below: 'Baseline' 'Curriculum Area' and 'Show' to specify what information you want to view.
Once you've selected your learner and the relevant Curriculum Area, click on the blue 'Select Learner' button.
This will bring up the scores for the Curriculum Area selected and any Re-Assessments will appear in chronological order across the page as well. On the left of the screen is a legend of the Scoring Group used, and any comments or Incidental Learning appearing underneath in separate windows.
On the right is the Curriculum Area Tracker itself. The first column will list the Curriculum Area and subsequent Skills/Targets/Objectives underneath. In the columns next to it are each of the Assessments and Re-Assessments. The Curriculum Area and any targets underneath it will show a percentage which indicates how close to fully achieving a Curriculum Area/Target the learner is.
Each row will have a score for each of the targets/objectives it represents. Provided you have permission, you can change the scoring on any Assessments by clicking on the score you want to change.
Clicking on the blue Options button when viewing a Learner's Curriculum Area will give you more options. There are 4 different export options:
- Export to Excel
- Export to Excel (All Areas)
- Export to Excel (Scores)
- Export to Excel (Score Total %)
Clicking Create Reassessment in the options dropdown will allow you to set up a reassessment for the Curriculum Area displayed.
The Toggle Hide (Achieved Scores) lets you choose if you want to view achieved scores or not.
