The information sheet provides the ability to create a printout of various information about the Learner by selecting the parts you want to include/exclude on the printout.

Accessing the Information Sheet screen

In order to access the relevant screen for printing an ILP, you first need to navigate to a Learner record via Learners -> Find Learner.

From there, click on the Info Sheet option on the right hand side.

Viewing and Creating Settings

If this is your first visit to this screen, its likely you only have one option displayed on the left hand side called Info Sheet Defaults. This setting is used for the options for the most regularly printed details and will automatically display the options for this setting on the right hand side.

If you need to create another set of options to produce a different, shorter, longer etc type of Sheet, start by clicking on New Info Sheet.

This setting is now available and listed on the left hand side of the screen.

To make changes to this new setting OR any of the existing settings, simply click on its title and the options on the right will be set accordingly.

Editing Information Sheet Settings

To change the options set for any Setting, click on the title of the setting on the left hand side. The options on the right will then be set accordingly.

Simply tick/untick/enter/change any of the options as required for the setting. You can also change the title of the Setting using the Name textbox at the top. When you are happy with these changes, click the green Save Changes button at the top of the screen.

Tip
If you need to remove a setting, click on it on the left hand side first as though editing it. Then click on the red Delete Sheet button at the top of the screen.

Printing Information Sheet

Once you are happy with the options selected to include on the ILP, printing is as simple as clicking on one of the following buttons at the top of the screen:
