Databridge supplies a Print ILP screen for producing an individual learning plan according to what you choose it to include.
Accessing the Print ILP Screen
In order to access the relevant screen for printing an ILP, you first need to navigate to a Learner record via Learners -> Find Learner.
From there, click on the Print ILP option on the right hand side.
Viewing and creating settings
If this is your first visit to this screen, its likely you only have one option displayed on the left hand side called ILP Defaults. This setting is used for the options for the most regularly printed ILP and will automatically display the options for this setting on the right hand side.
If you need to create another set of options to produce a different, shorter, longer etc type of ILP, start by clicking on New ILP Setting. You will be prompted to enter a name/title for this setting, enter one and click ok.
This setting is now available and listed on the left hand side of the screen.
To make changes to this new setting OR any of the existing settings, simply click on its title and the options on the right will be set accordingly.
Editing ILP Settings
To change the options set for any ILP Setting, click on the title of the setting on the left hand side. The options on the right will then be set accordingly.
Simply tick/untick/enter/change any of the options as required for the setting. When you are happy with these changes, click the green Save Changes button at the top of the screen.
Printing an ILP
Once you are happy with the options selected to include on the ILP, printing is as simple as clicking on one of the following buttons on the left hand side:
Option | Description |
---|---|
Print ILP | Produces a PDF based on the setting/options selected. |
Print ILP Word | Produces a Word document based on the setting/options selected. |
Tip Using the Word option will allow you to format, spellcheck and make any other necessary adjustments before printing to paper (if required).
If you want to print more than one ILP at a time, you can click on Bulk Select first. This will give you a modal of available Learners to select. Tick the ones relevant and click Select, these Learners will then display on screen at the top.
Now when you Print using either option it will do so for each Learner you selected.
