How to Transfer Baseline Assessments to Live Targets

1. First navigate to Student > Baseline Manager.

2. Click the + icon next to the relevant student, and click on the Baseline Assessment that you are pulling target(s) from.

3. This screen will show the details of the Baseline Assessment. Next, click the Cloud Icon near the top right of the screen.

4. From this screen, you can manually select which of the baselines to transfer to live targets. Optionally, you can click the Select? button to select or deselect all targets.

For any baselines that are being transferred to live targets, ensure the Checkbox next to it is ticked, and use the dropdown menu to link it to a medium term goal. 

Next, fill in the the Activate Date and Due Date boxes.

If you are setting multiple targets with the same details, click the Bulk Set Dates / Medium Term Goal button at the bottom to then enter this information in bulk.

Click Transfer once all details have been filled in.
