Adding Staff Grievances

1. To add a Staff Grievance, first navigate to the relevant staff member's record via Staff > List > *Staff Name* > View Staff.


2. Click on the Disciplinary / Convictions tab. This will show any previous Grievances for the member of staff. To create a new appraisal, click Add Appraisal.  

As seen in the screenshot, this tab also includes the following areas, as they work very similarly:

  • Disciplinary
  • Conviction
  • Investigation
  • Attendance Review
  • Informal Meeting



3. A box will open up for you to input the information about the grievance:

  • Grievance - Click and select from the dropdown menu
  • Grievance Date - Select the date the grievance took place
  • Grievance End Date - Select the date the grievance was concluded
  • Details - This is a free textbox to type the bulk of the information about the grievance
  • Outcome - Click and select from the dropdown menu 
  • Notes - Type any additional notes that can be seen from the Meeting / Reviews screen as seen on step 2.


Attach any related using the Add button within the documents box, then click Add New.
