I've Forgotten my Password

1. If you cannot remember your password, you have the option to reset it on your Login page. 

At the bottom of the page, you will find Forgotten Password? Reset Here. 

 2. Clicking Reset Here will generate a window where you will be asked to enter your Databridge Username. Once you have entered your Username, click Reset Password. This will send an email to the address linked to your Username's account, with a new password included.

3. By using your Username and the password emailed to your account, you can now login to the normal login screen.

4. You will automatically be asked to enter a new password and confirm it. Clicking Change Password will set this as your new password.
