1. Quick Evidencing is the fastest and easiest way to record evidence for targets being worked on during your sessions. First click Sessions > Quick Evidencing.
2. This will give you a list of all your sessions for the day. Next, click the session that you are wanting to record evidence from. (The date can be changed by clicking the Date box on the left.)
3. This will now display a list of Learners within the session. Click the name of the learner you want to upload evidence for.
4. This shows a list of all targets the learner is working towards in the session. Click which target you are uploading evidence for, then click if you are logging an achievement or an observation.
5. The box that opens up will look slightly different depending on whether you are recording an achievement or an observation, but the fields are the same. The following screenshot is from the Achievement screen. If logging an observation, there will not be the three tabs, instead all fields will be on the screen at once.
First, give the evidence a score, using the Score dropdown menu, record details of the evidence within the Evidence Textbox and move onto the Associated Image Tab.
6. This is where you attach an image associated with the evidence. Selecting Choose file will open up your File Explorer for you to select an image saved to your computer / device. Selecting Take Photo With Camera will open the camera from your device, ready to take a photo. This is very useful on Tablets / Phones for quickly capturing evidence as it happens.
Once you have done one of these things, click Upload File and then move onto Other Files.
7. Here, you can upload any other related documents; Word documents, emails, etc.
For this, similarly to step 6, click Choose File to open up your file explorer, then click Upload. Finally, click Save to finish uploading your evidence.
