1. The evidence submission screen is is another way for you to upload evidence to a learner's targets. In the menu on the left, first go to Evidencing > Submission.

2. Add the details of the evidence in the Description Text Box. If you have supporting documents (pictures/videos/word docs/etc), click Add Evidence File(s) and select the document from your file explorer. This can be repeated to upload multiple files.

Next click Link Session if you want to link the evidence to a particular session, and select any associated Tags by clicking them on the right side of the screen if needed.

3. Next click either Submit as Achievement / Observation, or Submit as Incidental Learning. Incidental learning is for recording any evidence that is not linked directly to a Target / Objective but is still something you want to record.

4a. Clicking Submit as Incidental Learning will open a box as per the screenshot below. First select a student using the dropdown filters on the top row. Type a heading within the Heading Box, Then select a category from the Category Dropdown Menu

Once the details are filled in, click Submit

4b. Clicking Submit as Achievement / Observation  will open a different box. First select a student using the dropdown filters on the top row.

Use the arrow on the left to open up each folder, clicking the arrow next to a Objective will move it to the right hand side. This is the objective(s) that the evidence will be submitted against. Multiple objectives can be selected here if needed. If you want to set a Target Score you can do this by clicking on the Score dropdown to the right.

Select a score for the Objective(s) using the dropdown menus and then click either Submit as Achievement, or Submit as Observation
