1. To start adding Targets, you first need to navigate to the relevant Learners record. Once there, click on the Targets option on the right-hand side (Targets is a customisable System Label, and as so you may find this is named differently on your Databridge).
2. Clicking Targets will take you to the Targets/Objectives page.
3. To start adding Targets, click on the Options menu, then select which type of Target you would like to add from the window.
4. Selecting the type of Target you wish to add will load the page as below. To choose which Targets to add, click Add Target(s).
5. Clicking Add Target(s) will open a pop-up window where you can select the Targets you wish to add.
6. Click the plus symbol for the relevant curriculum area, then for the relevant Skill Area, and then the relevant Skill – this will then display any targets for that Skill
7. Within the box on the right of the screen, you can choose which Targets you wish to add by clicking the individual checkboxes, or you can select all using the Select All button.
7.1. When adding Targets, you also have the option to add a Custom Target. To do so, simply click the Add Custom Target button once a curriculum area, skill area, and skill have been selected.
8. Once you are happy with your selection, click the blue Use Selected button.
9. Selecting the blue Use Selected button will take you back to the students Targets/Objectives page, now showing the Targets you selected.
10. Similarly to when setting up your Goals you can now use the dropdowns within each Target to set the Activate Date, a Due Date, and you will also need to attach the Target to a Medium Term Goal. You can also set a Baseline Score and a Predicted Score, though these are optional.
11. On this page, you can also set how many times an Objective needs to be achieved before it is completed. This can be set in the No. Achs boxes.
12. Once you are happy with the information entered, click the green Save Targets/Objectives button.
13. Once you have clicked the green Save Targets/Objectives button you will be taken back to the students Targets/Objectives page, where you will now find the students Targets, and if you click the + symbol, a breakdown of the Objectives.
