The two dropdowns above the list of Security Groups allow you to choose the Site you wish to configure and the Users. By default, the Users dropdown shows All Users, and will show all Security Groups related to the Site.
Tip Selecting a specific user from the dropdown will then populate the Security Group list with groups that the chosen User is a member of.
The list of Security Groups shows the name of the groups along with the associated Master Group if configured. See later for more details about Master Groups.
Tip Choosing Permission Descriptions from the Options dropdown will list all available permissions and describe what each permission does.

Adding a new Security Group
To add a new Security Group from scratch, click Options and select Add New Group from the dropdown.

Give the new group a suitable name and Save. You can then go on and add Users and adjust Permissions accordingly.
