1. Standard Values is the area that lists all available options for configuration within Databridge such as labels, dropdowns, settings, dates and more. To make any such changes, first navigate to Administration > Standard Values.
2. From this screen, the different areas for configuration are divided into the following boxes, as indicated by the title of each section:
- General Values
- Student Values
- Staff Values
- Location Values
- Assessment Values
- Education Management Values
- Timetable Management Values
- Defaults
- Funding Attendance Patterns
3. Each area contains the relevant configuration options; For example, to edit the different Attendance Statuses that are available when marking Student Attendance, head to the Student Values area and locate to Attendance Statuses.
As there are a large number of settings within standard values, it can be difficult to locate the correct one for the first time. Because of this, it is often useful to use the Search Function within your browser; by Pressing Ctrl + F a search bar will appear in your browser that will highlight the term that you search for. As shown in the screenshot below, searching for Target Cache will highlight this setting on the screen.
