Exam Access Arrangements are used within Databridge to specify any Access Arrangement that a Learner might need to assist with their exams. These Exam Access Arrangements can be custom set from within the Standard Values area of Databridge so that any number can be stored and set against a Learner.
Adding Arrangements to Standard Values
If you have the permissions required to add Standard Values, navigate to Administration -> Standard Values.
Within the Learner Values area, locate and click on Exam Access Arrangement Types.
A modal will appear that will allow you to add and remove any number of values. The values entered into this section will show up to be chosen from when adding an Arrangement to a Learners Record.
Assigning Arrangements to a Learner
Navigate to the Learner that you would like to add the Arrangements to via Learners -> Find Learner. From within the Learner Record select the Quals. option on the right hand side of the screen.
This will take you to the Learners Qualification screen. You will see 3 tabs under the Learners name, select the third tab Exam Access Arrangements.
This table will hold all Arrangements that are assigned to the Learner. You can add, remove and edit them as required.
Click the Add Arrangement button, the modal that appears will list all Exam Access Arrangement Types that have been set from within standard values in the first dropdown box. Simply select an option from the dropdown and write in any additional details/notes required, then click Save.
To edit an existing Arrangement, click on the pencil icon.
To delete an existing Arrangement, click on the trash icon.
Information If no values have been set in Standard Values for Exam Access Arrangement Types the dropdown will state this. This will disappear when values have been entered.
Printing Exam Access Arrangements
These can be printed via Learners -> Reports. Read the article about Learner common reports for detailed information on selecting Learners to print for.
