Linking Event Logs to Care Plans

1. Navigate to Care > Care Plan Detailed.




2. Select Options > Change Student.




3. Use the Dropdown fields to filter and select the *Student*.


Click Close.




4. Select a Care Plan Category.




5. Select a Statement.




6. Click the Linked Events tab.




7. Click Link Event(s).




8. Type the Event Id into the text box.


When you have typed in the corresponding event ID, click the magnifying glass symbol (search).


An event ID is found through the event list on Event > Find Event under the ID column.




9. The event will appear.


Click Link Event.




11. Select Close.




10. The event will now appear in the Linked Events tab.


To finalise the process, click Save.
