Marking a Care Plan as Read

1. Care plans have built in read receipts, so that you can confirm that you are up to date with all the necessary information. The easiest way to do this is to click Care from the left hand navigation bar, then Care Plan Quick.

2. This will give you a list of all current learners. There will be a Red Exclamation Mark indicating any learners that have care plans that you need to read. Simply click the name of a Learner to go into their care plan.

3. This then displays the different areas of their Care Plan. Just like the previous step, anything unread will be indicated by a Red Exclamation Mark and clicking an area will take you into it.

4. Here, you can see the details of the the selected area of the care plan. To confirm that you have read the care plan, click the blue "I have Read This" Button. To view any documents attached to a statement, click on the text for it to open it up.

Make sure this is done for all necessary sections, and repeat as needed using the Back and Home in the top left.
