The Care Dashboard is used to see an overview of Events recorded, Scheduled Events, Missed Events and a timeline of anything important in the last 24 hours in relation to Care Plans.
Locating the Care Dashboard
Navigate to Care -> Dashboard on the left hand navigation menu. The screen is split into the following areas:
| Area | Description |
|---|---|
| Scheduled Events | This will list any Scheduled Events set on someones Care Plan that have not yet been completed. It is calendar based and by default displays for the current date. |
| Missed Events | This will list any Scheduled Events where the date has gone past and the event was not completed. |
| Event Summary | This will list any Events that been recorded, you can change the dropdown to adjust the date range it looks at which by default is the current day. |
| Last 24 Hours | This will list any Care Plans that were updated or any Audits that failed in the last 24 hours. |
| Filters | Changing the options here will determine what is displayed as you can filter on Learners, Departments and Residential locations. |
