Care Dashboard

This guide will look at navigating the Care Dashboard. The Care Dashboard is used to see an overview of Events recorded, Scheduled Events, Missed Events and a timeline of anything important in the last 24 hours in relation to Care Plans.

1.  To locate the Care Dashboard, first navigate to Care > Care Dashboard.

2. From this page you can view important information in relation to Care Plans.

Scheduled Events

This will list any Scheduled Events set on a student's Care Plan that have not yet been completed. It is calendar based and by default displays for the current date.

Missed Events

This will list any Scheduled Events where the date has gone past and the event was not completed.

Event Summary

This will list any Events that have been recorded. By default this looks at the current date, but you can change the dropdown to adjust the date range.

Last 24 Hours

This will list any Care Plans that were updated or any Audits that failed in the last 24 hours.

3. You can also use the Filters button at the top right of the screen to determine what information is displayed. For example, to only view information for a particular Student or Department.
