Applying a Care Plan Template to a Learner

To apply a Care Plan Template to a learner, select Care in the module list on the left, and then select Care Plan Detailed.


Once you have selected the relevant learner, click on the Care Statement that you wish to add the template to. From the window that appears, go to the Related Files Tab and click Add Document. Give the document a title and click on Choose file to then select the relevant document. Once this is done click the blue Save button. 


The document will then appear under the Related Files Tab with the title you gave it and the date it was added. There are also two icons that will appear next to each entry. Click on the trashcan icon to delete an entry, or the download icon to save the document on to your system. 


Click the blue Save button, and the document will then be attached to the learners Care Statement.




Printing a Care Plan Template


Click on the Options button to the right of the page. From the dropdown that appears, select Print to Template. From the window that appears, use the dropdown field to select the template that you want, and then click the blue Print button.


The report will now be running and once completed will appear in the Task Alerts bar. Click on the Task Alert notification and the file will be sent to your Downloads folder. 


Upon opening the document, the learners information will then appear where specified by the bookmarks in your template.
