1. Before you start building Timetables on Databridge, you will first need to set up your Timetable Scales. To do so, navigate to Administration > Standard Values.

1.1. After clicking Standard Values, navigate to Timetable Management Values > Timetable Scales.

2. Clicking Timetable Scales will load the Timetable Scales page. Here you will see any already built scales. To build a new scale, click the Add Scale button.

2.1. Clicking the Add Scale button will load the New Scale page where you can create the new scale. At the top of the page you can set the Name, Start Day, No. of Days, Start Time, No. of Hours, and clicking the Default Scale checkbox will set this new scale as the Default.

3. At the bottom of the page is where you can set your scale. The scale will start at the time set in the Start Time above. This means you can ignore any times above this. To change the time/name of the first session, simply click the notepad icon next to the time.

3.1. Clicking the notepad icon will open a new window where you can adjust the time using the Scale field, add the title of the session in the Label field, and add if any breaks are to take place within this session. Once filled in, click Save Changes.

3.2. To remove time, simply click the Trash Can symbol by a time.

3.3. Carry on editing until you have your Timetable Scale setup. In this example, Session 1 is from 9-11am, Session 2 is 11am-12pm, Lunch is 12-1pm, Session 3 is 1-2pm, and Session 4 2-3pm.

3.4. If at any point you need to dd a new time, simply click Add Time.

4. When you are happy with your scale, click the green Save Scale button.
