Day and Session Attendance Tabs

The Attendance (Session) and Attendance (Day) tabs give you quick access to a breakdown of a learners attendance figures. 

Use the dropdown at the top to filter the date range you wish to view information from, (including Term Dates if these have been configured on your system in Standard Values). 

In the table below will be a breakdown of the information being displayed. 

Note:
The Session Attendance tab will breakdown the data by Subject in the 'Data based on' section

And below this, three different graphs displaying this information:

• Positive Total Attendance 
• Attendance Summary
• Attendance by Statistical Meaning

Note:
The Day Attendance tab also displays a line graph showing Attendance by Week

You can print any of these graphs by clicking on the three lines/burger icon in the top right of each graph.
