There are three main branches of the Learner Portal that will appear on screen with their corresponding icons:
- My Details

Note: You can limit what areas of the My Details page a Learner can access. To do this, from Databridge navigate to Administration > Policies > Learner Access Policies, where you will then be able to use the checkboxes to determine which areas of the My Details page appear on the Learner Portal.
Messages Page
The messages page will display all messages that the Learner has received in chronological order, displaying who sent the message and what date and time they sent it also.
To post a message onto a Learner's portal, use the Staff Messenger page on Databridge. Navigate to this via Staff > Messenger, where you will then be able to post messages to the Learner's portal.
My Timetable Page
The timetable page for a Learner portal will only display the timetable for the current week. Any subjects that have been assigned a symbol will appear in the relevant session slot on the timetable with their corresponding subject symbol. To learn more about adding symbols to subjects, you can read the short article 'Subjects', found in the Timetabling folder of the help site. If no subject symbol has been assigned, the timetable will show the profile photo of the session leader.
Information: The timetable scale used for the Learner portal is dictated by the Timetable Scale field, found on the Internal tab of a Learner's record.
When the Learner clicks on a session in the timetable, it will open a new page with four different tabs, displaying information regarding the session:
Tab | Details displayed |
