General Assessments

General Assessments are used to score against a simple heading or area without any detailed information or comments. These are generally used to assess on things such as wellbeing, motivation, health etc rather than Targets, Skill Areas, Subjects or other more educational areas.

Information
You will need to have setup both scoring groups/options as described in the Baseline Assessments area AND relevant Term Dates (updated in Standard Values).

Locating General Assessment Data

General Assessments are done directly on the Learner record. They are found in their own area under the Internal tab.

Adding Assessment Data

Under the list of existing data for General Assessments click on the Add Assessment button, a modal will appear asking you to enter the following information;

FieldDescription
CategorySelect a relevant Scoring Group
ScoreSelect a relevant score/option
Term

Select a relevant Term Date or range it applies to

NotesA free text box to record any notes required

When finished click Save and the list will update accordingly.

Viewing Assessment Data

Whilst still in the General Assessment area on the Learner record, underneath the list of data added click on the View Chart button. This will provide a radar chart showing scores for each category and compares to each Term Date selected.

To see the Assessment data across multiple Learners, you can navigate to Reporting -> Reports Menu -> General Assessments Dashboard. This screen will display Scores in different ways and includes the data they are based on. You can use the Filters option at the top to change which Learners are included for the data.
