Essential Staffing Requirements

Essential Staffing Requirements are used as a helpful prompt when adding Sessions. You set a required Training/Qualification on the Learner and if none of the Staff being set for the Session DO NOT have the necessary one, you will be prompted accordingly.

Accessing the ESR

To access ESR, you need to navigate to the relevant Learner via Learners -> Find Learner.

Select the relevant Learner to access the record. Then navigate to the Disability/ESR Tab.

Adding/Editing ESR

ESR are at the bottom of the Disability/ESR tab.

To add a new entry, click on the Add new ESR button.

To edit an entry, click on the edit icon.

To delete an entry, click on the trash icon.

To view a list of Staff that currently match the requirement, click on the eye icon.
