I've been locked out after too many attempts

If this occurs you will need to notify a user within your organisation that has relevant Security access in Databridge such as MIS Manager.


They will need to go to your Staff record and unlock your account again before you can continue to attempt to login.


If this is happening to you relatively often, we recommend you change your password to something you are more familiar with and more likely to remember.
