I've Forgotten my Password

If you cannot remember your password, you have the option to reset it on your Login page. 

At the bottom of the page, you will find ‘Forgotten Password? Reset Here’. 

Selecting this will generate a window where you will be asked to enter your Databridge Username. 

Once you have entered your Username, select ‘Reset Password’. This will send an email to the address linked to your Usernames account with a new password attached. 

You will then be taken back to your Login screen. By using your Username and the Password emailed to your account, you can now login here. 

You will automatically be asked to enter a new password and confirm it. Selecting ‘Change Password’ will set this as your new password.
