If you cannot remember your password, ideally you should inform your MIS Manager or similar manager accordingly to provide you with a new one.
If they are unavailable, it is out of normal hours or for any other scenario where it is urgent, when on the login screen click on the Forgotten Password? Reset Here option at the bottom.
Enter your username (likely firstname.surname) and Databridge will reset your password to something random and email it to you. You can use this password to login whereby you should change it immediately to something you will be familiar with.
