June Patch Notes 2025

New Additions/Alterations

Students

• In Student Profile - Firstname and Surname fields no longer accept the '/' character. Existing values will not be affected but upon editing the field the value will be updated and the aforementioned character will be removed.

System Labels

• Tutorial and TutorialTitle, all references to these system labels will now be applied to the following areas:
  • Navigation main left-side module list.
  • Student right-side navigation pane.
  • Tutorial screen.
  • Module Manager.
  • Dashboard widget dropdown, widget list and information.
  • Type dropdown when creating new Sessions.
  • Standard Values.

Standard Values

•  Added an informational note to the Holiday Dates area to improve clarity and user understanding.

School Census

• Added YSSA (Youth Support Services Agreement) reference to Connexions on student site information details for clarity when completing school census.

ILR

• Added support for the 2025/2026 academic year in the ILR to ensure compliance with the latest requirements.

Hotfixes

Students

• ROP Setup - updated ROP version 'v2021' to 'v2021 (Latest Version)' for clarity.
• Goals - Increased the academic year calculation by 1 year.
• Offsite Forms - Made a change to ensure uploaded document names are always unique to prevent a rare error. 

Staff

• Staff record - When the Save Staff button is clicked, it will be disabled until saving is complete.
• Policies - Fixed an issue where attempting to delete a Staff Policy could error. 

Reporting

• Possible Attendance Report should now correctly generate data based on the selected site, rather than all sites, as all sites cannot be selected as an option.
• Fixed an issue where the Risk Assessment History could error when printing the word version.
• Block Reporting - The 'Personal - Sex' field on Student Study Programme block will now output Male/Female instead of True/False.
• Block Reporting - Fixed an issue where various fields were pulling through IDs instead of the value text on the Study Programme block.
• Resolved an issue where the Termly Attendance Report was outputting unusually high percentages.
• Day Attendance, Print Detailed Attendance by Learner Report - The option 'Include Present Att. in the Absence table where notes are present' will now work for the PDF print version.
