New Additions/Alterations

Students

• Reasonable Adjustment Digital Flag (RADF) can be found under the Disability/ESR tab on the student record. 
  • New permissions have also been added for viewing and editing RADF entries.
• When bulk editing qualifications, a new option has been added to allow choice on including/excluding archived qualifications in the bulk update. 

Event Log

• Events requiring sign off dashboard widget updates:
  • The site filter now defaults to the site the user is currently logged into.
  • A new date range filter has been added.

Hotfixes

Staff

• Updated incorrect wording on a button within the Staff Documents area.

Students

• Resolved a miscalculation on the student year group button on the student record internal tab. 
• Student photo uploads will now be given a unique identifier on upload to prevent conflicts. 
• Incidental Learning - when adding a new record, if no category is present/selected, the user will be directed to select or add a new category.
• Implemented a small change to the way objectives load on the targets screen to help mitigate potential visual duplicate items. 
• Increased the character limit on the Login Username field found in the Internal tab. 

Care Plan

• Fixed an issue on the Care Plan Dashboard where statements of dormant categories would show requiring review.

Care Log

• Fixed a repeating error that could cause the screen to go black. 

ILR

• Resolved an error that could occur when exporting raw data.

Event Log

• Updated messaging on the Clear Template function in Category Setup for clarity. 

Reporting

• Fixed an issue on the Attendance Percentages (Sessions) dashboard widget.
• Fixed an issue where the LEA names were not displaying on the Student Contacts block.
• Fixed an error on the Staff Consents report.
• Resolved an issue on the baseline tracker chart.

Workforce Collection

• Updated the Weeks Contracted per Year field data type as per specification.
