New Additions/Alterations

Students

• Added options for Year 12 up to Year 14 into the following SAYG dropdowns:
  • Find Student List
  • Session Attendance Dashboard
  • Day Attendance Dashboard

Sessions

• A new 'Show Student' option has been added to the Confirmation tab when bulk editing sessions. This allows a new 'Students' column to appear next to the Session Leader column, displaying students assigned to each session.
  • The 'Students' column will only be visible when 'Show Students' is enabled and the list is refreshed.
  • Both 'Show Student' option and 'Students' column header wording will respect System Labels.
  • Option is false by default to preserve current functionality.
  • User must click the refresh button to update, just like the other 'Ignore' options.
  • Button will change to blue when any changes are made to the options in the box to better indicate a refresh is needed to apply the changes. 

Hotfixes

Students

• Student Notifications for security groups will now show the student name in the email unless the staff member cannot view or access the student.

Staff

• Fixed an issue where URLs saved to Staff Policies would not show when viewing or editing the policy.
• Fixed an issue where a table on the Holiday Requests widget could go out of bounds.
• Resolved an issue where a positive holiday balance in hours could incorrectly highlight red.
• Holiday requests in hours when using a shift pattern now correctly calculates the remaining balance based on the selected shift's start and end times.

Reporting

• Fixed an issue where the 'TeachingRole' field could cause an error on staff block reports.
• Fixed an issue where an invalid date could appear on the Length of Service excel report.
• Fixed an issue where 'Invalid date' could be saved to the database when saving an empty date on Student Application custom date fields. This could cause block reports to fail.
• Fixed an issue where care plan statements were not respecting the document font size when printing to template.
• Removed the hyphen at the end of the Meeting Date when printing Review Meetings to template for consistency with all other fields. The hyphen can be included in the template itself where needed.

SLASC

• Fixed an issue where the total number of students based on age could be incorrect.
• Year selection will now default to 2025.

Other

• Ensured a navigation module is hidden if the user doesn't have the relevant permission.
• Fixed a typo on the School Census Settings page.
