New Additions/Alterations

• Learner Portal
  • Implemented Two-Factor Authentication into the updated Learner Portal.

    • Edit -> Network Details has been renamed to IT Details for clarity.

    • This is an optional feature that is enabled in the Learners IT Details section and can be enabled as a requirement for login on an individual basis.

    • We recommend using the Microsoft / Google Authenticator apps.

Hotfixes

• Staff Records
  • Line Manager fields will now correctly be greyed out, as they can only be updated using the edit button. The edit button will now show a pointer cursor when hovered over.
  • List 99 on the Staff Single Central Record will now display the appropriate System Label.

• Learner Records
  • When assigning a username for the Learner Portal, it will now check for duplicates to avoid conflicts.
  • Fixed an issue where learner titles may not import correctly when using Import Learners.

• ROP Manager
  • Staff Links 11-20 will now appear in the Agreed By dropdown when adding staff comments. 

• System Policies
  • Updated setting wording to better reflect its functionality. 'Automatically Prefix Objective By Default' to 'Enable the Auto Prefix option by default when adding new Objectives'.

• Event Log Notifications
  • Notifications setup for security groups will now display the associated site name.

• Reporting
  • Event Log Actions
    • Added Student column to the Event Log Actions export for consistency with on-screen info. 
    • Export now respects the screen filters.
    • Dates now export to excel with a valid date format instead of plain text.
  • Reports Menu
    • Fixed an issue with the General Address Documents Due to Expire report.
  • Day Attendance 
    • The Print Attendance By Date report will now respects the Group filter.
