Reporting via Reports Menu
1. There are multiple ways to report on Student progress.
First navigate to Reporting > Reports Menu.
2. The Achievement box here contains multiple reports that can be used to track Student Progression.
This guide will go through a couple of the most common reports. We recommend taking the time to look into these reports to find what works best for you, making sure to scroll down in the Achievement box to see them all.
Many of the reports here have a Question Mark at the end of the report name. Hovering your mouse over this will give a brief description of the report.
3. One common report here is Progress Reports, clicking on this will take you through to the report screen.
4. First, select an option from the following in the dropdown menu in the top-left area:
- Area Status
- Target Status
- Overall Progress
- Weekly Achievement
- Target Achievement (Pie)
Next select your chart type e.g. Column, Bar, Line, and then click Add Criteria Set.
5. From the window that opens up, use these fields to specify exactly what data you want to look at, including the Date Range, Specific Tutor, or Target Type.
When these details are correct, click Refresh. (Optionally you can save these filters for later by clicking Save for Future Use, allowing you to click Load Criteria Set when on step 4.
6. This report provides a cumulative view of the percentage of targets achieved on a week-by-week basis.
7. Alternatively, changing the top right Dropdown Menu to Weekly Achievement will show each week individually, rather than cumulatively, as seen below.
8. Another report from the Reports Menu that provides an overview of target progression is the Target Summary report.
(Note that the name of this report will change if you have changed the system label for target. i.e. if you have relabelled Targets to Aims, the reports will be Aim Summary).
Clicking on this text will take you through to the report screen.
9. This report looks at overall target information for each learner, including details of number of targets / objectives set, and how many have been achieved.
Please note that running the reports Targets Met Summary, or Target Score Summary will include details of targets meeting prediction, and target scores, respectively.
Fill in the details on the right, including the Date Range, and the Show Targets Dropdown - This will determine if you want to look at targets that were either Set Between, or Achieved Between your date range.
Next, click Add Filter(s).
10. Use the dropdown menus here to filter what students / target types to report on, then click Close.
11. Click Run Report to load all the data. From here, clicking the + Icon next to a student will display their Target Types and Targets.
Alternatively, clicking Excel Report will download this report into an Excel format.
Reports via Student Record

This tab provides an overview of the selected student's achievements and progress. It can include details such as target achievements, learner progress, objective accomplishments, and other key metrics.

- Last Week: Displays data for the previous week.

Three options will appear, allowing you to set how the graph is displayed on the page: a quarter of the screen, a third, or the full screen. The graph will maintain its vertical size but adjust horizontally.
5. Select the 3 Lines Icon in the top right of a desired graph.
6. A popup will appear where you can download and print the data from the selected graph.
From this screen, clicking on certain bar graphs (e.g., a curriculum area) will break the data down into subsequent skill areas and so on. This provides a more detailed analysis of progress.
7. For example, using the Curriculum Area Achievement widget, click any of the Bars to break this down further.
8. Once Selected, it will split the graph into more precise information.
