Requesting Holiday / Annual Leave

1. First click on your Name in the top right corner, followed my My Holiday.



2. This screen shows details of your holiday entitlement, and well as any previous requests and previous holidays. For a new request, click Request Holiday in the top right. 




3. Within the box that opens up, fill in the Leave Request details:

  • Start Date - The first date of the requested Leave
  • End Date - The last date of the requested leave
  • Status - Select the type of leave from the dropdown options
  • Use Shift Patterns - Select Yes if your shift patters are set up on the system to calculate your leave. You may need to discuss this with a Line Manager or Administrator
  • Set Time to all - Tick this if you want the same time range to apply within the date range. If unticked, a box with the text Change Individual Times can be selected to manually set the time for each day
  • Start Time - The start time for the leave to take place for the days selected
  • End Time - The start time for the leave to take place for the days selected 
  • Break (In hours) - If break is to not come off of your Holiday Allowance, enter the break duration in hours here. 


Next, ensure the correct days are ticked from the list on the right. For example if you were booking a full week off but do not work on Wednesdays, you would untick Wednesday so that this day is not deducted from your Holiday Allowance.


Once the details are filled in, click Save and this request will be sent to the appropriate member of staff for approval, and you will receive an email once this is approved / denied.
