1. To add a Risk Assessment to a Student on Databridge, you first need to navigate to that student’s Profile. To do so, click Student (as Student is a customizable label on Databridge, this may be labelled differently, such as Learner) > Find Student > select the Student > View Student.

1.1. Clicking View Student will load the Student’s Profile. From here, navigate to View > Risk Assessment

2. Clicking Risk Assessment will open the Risk Assessments page for the student. To add a new Risk Assessment, click the Add new Risk Assessment button.

3. Clicking Add new Risk Assessment will open a window where you can choose which Risk Assessment to add (Risk Assessment Types can be setup in your Standard Values), before clicking Create

3.1 Clicking Create will take you back to the Risk Assessments page, where you will now find the attached Risk Assessment.

4. To populate the Risk Assessment, click the notepad icon.

4.1. Clicking the notepad icon will open the Risk. To add the hazards, navigate to + Add Hazard(s).

4.2 Clicking + Add Hazard(s) will open a window, listing all the hazards associated with this risk.  When you have selected which ones to attach, click Add

5. The Hazard can now be seen on the Risk Assessment page. Selecting the Hazard will expand it so you can fill in all the relevant information, as well as set the RAG rating. Click Save Changes when you are finished.
