1. Within Databridge you can record what Assistive Technologies your students use. This information will then appear within their sessions, as well as on their Profiles. To add an Assistive Technology to a student profile, first navigate to the student’s profile; Student > Find Student > select the Student > View Student.

1.1. Clicking View Student will take you to their Profile. From here, navigate to Assistive Technologies.

2. Clicking Assistive Technologies will take you to this Students Assistive Technologies page. Any already recorded Technologies will appear here. To add a new one, click Add Assistive Technologies.

2.1. Clicking Add Assistive Technologies will open a window where you can select the Technology you wish to record against this student (this dropdown is generated within Standard Values), and any notes detailing specific information for this student. Any media linked to the Technology can be viewed using the View Media button. Once you have added the relevant information, click Add Item.

3. Once you have clicked Add Item, the technology will now show on the students’ Assistive Technologies page. Using the + icon next to the technology will load relevant information.
