You can detail the various vaccination types that may be administered for staff or students. Vaccinations are added to the Students under the Medication tab and for Staff under the Medical/Disability tab.
Configuring Vaccination Types
Vaccination types are added in Standard Values in the General Values panel.
Choose Vaccination Types.
To add a new Vaccination Type click Add New Vaccination Type.
Add options as required.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Type | The type/name of the vaccination |
| Add to New Staff | Tick this box to add for this to subsequently added automatically to staff/students |
| Mandatory | Tick if this vaccination is a mandatory requirement |
| Max Allowed | The maximum doses allowed. Leave as 0 if there is no maximum. |
Click Save to add the Vaccination Type to the list.
