Subject Choices

Subject Choices are set against a Learner to indicate the Subjects they are either interested in or will be taking part in during their time at your organisation.

Accessing Subject Choices

To access Subject Choices, you need to navigate to the relevant Learner via Learners -> Find Learner.

Select the relevant Learner to access the record. Then via the View menu at the top, click on Subject Choices.

Adding/Editing Subject Choices

The modal will display any Subject Choices already added against the Learner like the example below:

To add a new Subject Choice, click the blue Add Subject Choice button and select the relevant Subject,

To delete a Subject Choice, click on theicon.
