Information The Parent Comments is used in conjunction with the Parent Access portal, if you do not currently have/use this please contact Databridge for more information.
If the Learner's parents/guardians have a Parent Login, they can leave comments relating to their ward, and these comments can be seen under the Parent Comments tab.
The parent will log into their Parent Login and go to the Comments section to add a comment they wish to leave. This comment will then be visible in the Parent Comments tab for the learner that is linked to that parent.
Under the Learner's Parent Comments tab all parent comments will be listed with summary information shown in the table.
Click the notepad icon to see the comment details and to add a new comment for the parent to pick up. While the comment details are open you can Delete Comment, which will remove the comment, or Complete Comment, which will mark the comment as completed and stop any further additions to that comment.
Tip A dashboard widget is available to see new Parent Comments raised whenever you login.
