Diet Tab

For Learners it is important to be able to record any dietary requirements or allergies to food types. For example the Learner may have a lactose intolerance, or they may have dietary requirements based on their cultural or religious reliefs.

In the Learner record there is Diet tab to record this information. First, however, you will need to set up the required dietary requirements types and this is done in Standard Values.

To add dietary requirements go to Standard Values, in the Learner Values panel there is an option called Dietary Needs. Click add Value to add new dietary requirements to the list.

To add dietary requirements to the learner record's Diet tab and click Add Dietary Need. Choose the Dietary Need from the drop down, and also add any further notes you may wish to include with the entry.

It is recommended if you are using Care/Support Plans to record these details in there to ensure it is part of the overall plan. The Diet tab is recommended for those NOT using Care/Support Plans in Databridge.
