Sometimes Databridge users need to record specific fields that are individual to their own organisation and not supplied by the current Databridge tabs and fields on a Learner record. To assist with this there are two custom tabs provided under the Learner record. These two tabs provide a number of custom fields of various types to cater for custom information you may want to record.
Under each of the Custom 1 and the Custom 2 tabs there are:
- 10 text fields
- 2 date fields
- 10 check box fields
Customising the field labels
You can change the names (labels) of the custom fields under both custom tabs to suit your needs. To do this go to Standard Values. Under the Learner Values panel go to the Custom Fields option. There are configuration tabs for Custom 1 and Custom 2, each with a list of fields names, for each type of field.
You can change the name of each field by editing the labels for the custom text, custom date and custom check fields accordingly. Click Save once finished.
