The Screen Audit function provides information about users' access to screens in Databridge. It shows timestamped entries detailing which screen staff members have attempted access and if they were successful or not.
Using the Screen Audit function
To access the screen audit function go to the Administration module and choose Screen Audit. The screen audit function provides some options on filtering the results.
Firstly you can specify the date range for the screen audit report by choosing Range and picking from one of the preset date ranges below.
Option | Description |
---|---|
Today | Show screen access records from today |
Yesterday | Show screen access records from yesterday onwards |
From 7 days ago | Show screen access records from the last 7 days |
From 14 days ago | Show screen access records from the last 14 days |
From 21 days ago | Show screen access records from the last 21 days |
Last 30 days | Show screen access records from the last 30 days |
Important The audit data for screen access is only kept in the database for a maximum of 30 days. This is to ensure the amount of data held for this does not cause issues for your database. If you need to look further than this you will need to rely on previous database backups. Contact Databridge for assistance in these cases.
The default sorting order for the data by ascending date/time. You can if you wish change the sort method by accessing the Order By dropdown, choosing one of the following options.
