The Confidential 2 tab for the Staff member holds information related to their identity and permission to work etc.
Identity and Certificates
The first group of fields are related to the Staff member's passport if they have one.
Next are a group of fields relating to whether the Staff member has a driving licence, and if they have a car you can record details of two car registrations they might use. Driving licence details and deatils of any vehicles are also configurable in the Vehicles tab for the staff member.
Details about the Staff member's UK birth certificate can also be recorded, and if required their marriage certificate.
Work Eligibility and Permissions
Also included in the Confidential 2 tab are fields with information about employment and the right to work.
There is a checkbox to indicate if the staff member has an Overseas Passport. If they have an overseas passport you can indicate if there is a Visa Required for the Staff member. If a visa is required you can specify the Visa Type and No.
With regards to eligibility to work there are several fields you can add information to:
- A8 - is the staff member from an A8 country?
Eligibility to work in UK - are the eligible to work in the UK?
Evidence of Eligibility - what evidence has been provided?
Right to Work Nationality - which nationality are they providing for a right to work?
If no evidence seen, why?
Work Permit? - do they require a work permit?
EU Identity card number and Expiration Date
Full Name Verified - has their full name been verified?
Next there are a group of fields relating to the working time directive and whether the staff member has opted out. Along with the start and end date of their opt out.
Finally there are fields relating to their Teacher Reference Number, and indication if there was an Application Form Received and also an EEA Restriction Verified Date (if the staff member has restrictions due to being from the European Economic Area)
