What populates the ILR Manager

The ILR Manager is populated based on Learner and Qualification data related to the Year selected. It checks any Qualifications where: 

• It is NOT excluded from the ILR 
• The related Learner is NOT excluded from the ILR 
• The Learner is NOT in the list of Excluded Statuses for the ILR 
• The Qualification is NOT marked as a previous qualification 
• The Qualification Start Date is not empty and before the Aim Period end date 
• The Qualification End Date is empty or greater than the Aim Period start date 
• At least ONE has been entered for a Learner 

If the criteria above does not apply then neither the Qualification and possibly the related Learner will display. If you believe anyone is missing you can check these details for clarity OR use the Why option. 

Destinations are pulled through based on the following criteria: 

• Destination is NOT excluded from the ILR 
• The related Learner is NOT excluded from the ILR 
• The End Date is greater than the Destination Period start date AND before the Destination Period end date OR the Learners Agreed Funding end date is greater than the Destination Period start date AND before the Destination Period end date AND before the current date OR the Destination Collection Date is greater than the Destination Period start date AND before the Destination Period end date 
• The Learner is NOT in the list of Excluded Statuses for the ILR
