Before you start adding relevant Qualifications or filling in the ILR on this screen, you should consider checking the following defaults under the Settings menu in case you need to change these:

| Aim Defaults | Here you can set certain ILR fields as a default to add against any new Qualifications you add to Learners. If they are generally the same this can save you time when entering. |
| Dates | Here you can set certain ILR fields as a default to add against any new Qualifications you add to Learners. If they are generally the same this can save you time when entering. For an Aim to be displayed in the ILR Learning Aims tab, its start and end dates must fall within the selected Aim Period Start and End dates. |
| Excluded Statuses | Set any Learner Statuses that you wish to exclude from the ILR Manager. |
