If you have a Learner that is displayed, one that isn't showing or perhaps even a Qualification that is/is not shown, you can use the Why feature to help assist you.
In the File Menu, select the Check Why someone is/is not on this ILR. This will present a modal where you can select the relevant Learner. This will popup with a modal displaying the fields and Qualifications relevant as to the criteria the ILR Manager checks for.
Each field will display red or green to determine if it passes or fails the necessary criteria. At the very bottom a last part will display red or green with a summary as to if they should appear or not and with how many learning aims.
Using this screen you can determine if you need to change the Learner and/or their Qualifications accordingly.
