The ILR pages within Databridge are designed as a way easily see your ILR information, as well as identify any errors that would flag up during ILR submission.
There are 2 ILR screens that have almost identical features, however present the information in a different way.
ILR Form View
1. To access this screen, click ILR > Manager (Form).
2. This view will display all Learners for the Academic Year selected from the Year dropdown menu at the top of the screen. Each Learner's name is displayed at the far right of the table.
- The second column from the left will be either green or red; Green indicating that the Learner details look good, whereas red indicates that there is an error somewhere.
- Similarly, the Core Aims column will display red if there is something incorrect related to the learners Core Aims.
3. Clicking the + Icon on the far left of a Learner's row will expand that Learner's details to show each ILR field. Each of these are colour coloured, again indicating green for good, or red for any incorrect or incomplete details that are mandatory.
Each field has a description of what information needs to captured, and some fields such as Postcode provide details on what to input if this is unknown.
ILR Grid View
1. To access this screen, click ILR > Manager (Grid).
2. This view will display all Learners for the Academic Year selected from the Year dropdown menu at the top of the screen. Each Learner's name is displayed in the left column and unlike the Form View, all of the ILR fields are viewable at once, and do not need to be expanded.
Each field will be highlighted red if there is an error - This can either be incorrect or incomplete information.
3. To view all of the fields, scroll across to the right via the scroll bottom of the grid. All the fields here can be edited by clicking on them. This edit will also be reflected on the Student Record.
