In this guide you will be shown how to add Consents to a Student's Profile.
1. To add a consent to a student's profile, navigate to Student > Find Student > *Student Name* > View Student.
1.1 As seen in the highlighted area of the screenshot below, it is possible for consents to appear on the student summary for quick access. You will be shown how to set this later in the guide.

2. From the students profile page, click Consents. This will show any consents that have already been uploaded for this student. To add a new consent, click Add New Consent.

3. Clicking Add New Consent will add a new row at the bottom of any existing consents. Fill in the consent details using the boxes provided.
These are:
Category: the category the consent may be attached too.
Consent: whether the consent was granted or denied.
Date: the date on which the decision was made.
Topic: the topic of the consent, selected via the dropdown options
Given By: you have multiple dropdowns for Given By, these are to specify who the consent was granted by, be that Student, Staff, or contact.
Show on Summary: As mentioned previously, if you wish for your students consents to appear on the Student Summary, ensure the Show on Summary checkbox is selected.
Archived: Check the Archived checkbox if the Consent is no longer needed.
The arrow button will allow for you to upload and attach any related documents. Use the trash can symbol to delete the consent.
Click Save Student when complete.
