1. Navigate to ILR > Manager (Form).
2. Work Experience information is stored within the Learning Aims Tab. To see / edit this information, first click Learning Aims from the tabs across the top.
3. Click the + Icon for the relevant Learning Aim.
4. From the new fields that appear, Work Placements will be located at the bottom. To link a work experience placement to the Learning Aim, click Add / Remove Link.
5. A window will pop up, displaying any existing Work Experience placements for the Learner. To link the placement, click the Link Icon next to the relevant placement.
6. New fields related to this Work Experience placement have now been added. To look at the Work Placement hours in detail, click Calculate Hours.
7. Click Generate to display the details for any timetabled sessions that have been listed a Work Experience Subjects between the selected date range.
For more information on editing subjects, please see the following guide, and ensure the Work Experience Subject Checkbox is ticked when on Step 5.
