This guide will talk you through how to manage the Scheme of Work area and create folders to organise the different SOWs on your system.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

1 - Accessing the SOW area

1.1 - To get to the SOW area, simply click on SOW in the list on the left.

This will then load up the SOW screen, where any existing SOWs that you have access to can be found.

There are two areas in the SOW area where you can store your different Schemes of Work - the Resource area, and then your own SOW area.

The Resource Area is a shared area. Any Schemes of Work saved to the Resources Area will be available to anyone else with access to SOW on Databridge.

The SOW Area is not a shared area. Any Schemes of Work saved here will only be available to you, and anyone with the permissions Schemes of Work - View All Schemes of Work or Edit All Schemes of Work

1.2 - To switch which area you are in, click on the Switch Area button on the right. You can see which area you are in at any time by looking at the text along the top of the screen.

2 - Managing your SOW folders

2.1 - To make storing all of your SOWs easier, you can create folders to then save different SOWs into. To add a new folder, click on Manage my Folders from the list on the right.

2.2 - This will open up a window that will show any existing folders. To add a new folder, click Add Root Folder. You can then type in the name for this folder

The new Root Folder will then appear in the window.

2.3 - Clicking the plus symbol on the right of a Root Folder will allow you to make sub-folders within it.

Click on the plus symbol, and then in the window that appears, type in the name for the sub-folder.

2.4 - Clicking the plus symbol to the left of a Root Folder will open it up to show any sub-folders within it.

2.5 - Provided you have the permission Schemes of Work - Resource Edit, you'll be able to also add Root Folders to the SOW Resources Area as well.

When on the SOW Resources Area, simply click Manage Res. Folders, and then repeat the process for adding Root Folders.
