To access the Governance Report Builder, click on Reporting > Reports Menu. Go to the College Reports area, and select Governance Report Builder

This will take you to the Governance Report Builder Screen. There are three dropdown filters at the top of the screen, Site, Rangeand Include Event Details? The range filter uses the Term Dates that have been configured on your system in Standard Values. The Include Event Details? dropdown will include any information recorded in the Main Details section of an event.

To add areas on to the report, click on Add Area on the right.

From the window that appears, click on the dropdown to then add an area. The options are:

  • Day Attendance
  • Session Attendance
  • Event Category
  • Targets
  • Block Report

When you select Event Category as an area, you will have to also select the specific Category of event using the dropdown that appears as well as the specific field from the Event, if applicable.

When you select Block Report a dropdown will appear listing all of the Block Reports saved to your system.

Once you've selected the area you wish to add, click the blue Add button

The area will now appear on the screen, with a trashcan icon to remove the area from the report.

Repeat the process to add in all of the relevant areas that you wish to include on the report. When you have multiple areas on your report, click on Sort Areas on the right and then use the drag and drop feature to sort the order that the areas selected appear on the page.

Once all of the areas required have been added, click on Create Report, beneath the three filters near the top of the screen. The report will appear in your Task Alerts once it has finished.
